KeyBinds to another account
Hello!

I have two steam accounts, and I have CS:GO on both accounts. When I am on my second account, I don't have the same settings, keybinds or the same controls.

How can I fix so I have same settings, keybinds and controls on both my accounts?
I've tried to google it, but can't find something that helps.

Thanks for help!

I dont know, try finding where you got your binds and such.

To fix this you have several options, the best one is to create an autoexec.cfg and to put all your binds in it. It will be loaded by the game each time you start it. You need to put this autoexec.cfg in the following folder "\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg"

Your bind should be written in it such as this (use a text editor such as wordpad to edit the content):
bind "d" "+moveright" bind "e" "+use"
and you need to end the file with
host_writeconfig

If this seems to complex to you, the easiest solution is to align the config of both account by copying one on the other. Those configs are named "config.cfg" and are located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<Steam Unique ID3>\730\local\cfg" where <Steam Unique ID3> is a number corresponding to each steam account on the computer. It's "186938472" for the account you used to post this thread. Just copy one and paste it over the other one in the folder of the other steam account.

Thanks! But where do I find my keybinds, settings?
They are inside the "config.cfg" files, you can open it with a text editor such as wordpad. They are all the lines starting with "bind" such as
bind "d" "+moveright"

But if you are unfamiliar with this, like Steve said, the easiest might be to just edit the keybinds in game.

yes, you need to adjust them again. OR you can just copy your config and paste it on your other computer.
