Problems with logitech g502 (mouse) in game

Hello, in the past few days I encountered a very annoying problem. Whenever I am playing cs go my normal dpi on mouse is 400 but almost everytime the dpi just switches down by itself without a reason and instead of having 270 degree turn when I pull my mouse accross the mousepad it goes max to 180 and I have to manualy switch to 600 dpi for the mouse to work normal. It is very annoying as sometimes this fixes itself for a few seconds during the game which end up in me dying because I moved too much.... Did anyone encounter the same issue with this mouse, or maybe anyone has any idea how to solve this problem?

So my mouse does crazy 720 spins and goes up to sky or down to feet sometimes. I haven't traced the reason, it seems to be random.

Now this only happens in csgo, I've used this mouse long enough to confirm that it doesn't do anything weird on desktop or other programs.

What could be the problem? Other mouses work in csgo as intended. Only g502 does this, and it only does this on csgo.

Any ideas?

Try reinstalling the drivers for the mouse. I had a similar problem on a Windows Mouse (first time on CS:GO) and that fixed the problem.

So u are having the same problem as me but your one goes high with sens my goes low, I have this problem for around +/- 5 days when did your mouse start doing this weird thing?

I've tried reinstalling the drivers. Didn't help. It only occurs on csgo, which leads me to believe the problem isn't in the drivers or the mouse itself, since everywhere else it works flawlessly.

And OP, yeah it could be actually. I didn't even consider it could be my sens going insane. Though, in my case, it only does that for like half a second and goes back to normal. It does the spins and goes up or down, even if I'm not moving the mouse.

Hmm my problem is a bit more complex cuz when my sens goes low it doesnt really change back up for a while... And when it does it is again for a couple of seconds. I will try reinstal my drivers, download cs again and then I will post if it had any effects

i have g502 too and i would apreciate if somebody would find the problem i used to play with 1.2 sens and when i go in game its still 1.2 sens and i have checked m_yaw and m_pitch settings those are all default and i do like 10 360 in game but when i put sens to 0.12 it feels normal again..wtf

Throw it out of the window, bring it back.
Repeat that several times.
Now it should work.

Reinstall the software I have a g502 and had the same issue that fixed it

From what I remember I fixed that problem by uninstalling razer software from my computer. Then everything went to normal
