Any way to increase SNIPER CROSSHAIR thickness?

So I already know how to increase the general crosshair but I'm use to playing on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ laptop that runs CS:GO at 800x600 and I am use the the crosshair with that one. But I now have a 1000x better machine that runs the game at 1920x1080 and I can barely snipe with any weapon now. I can barely see things in the distance and when I use a scope that crosshair for the sniper is tinier than my hair. So is there anyway to increase the sniper rifle's crosshair size so I can actually see where I'm going to hit?

If you have trouble seeing things in long distance even without noscope , you should use the aspect ratio of 4:3
