its a nice skin and its hard to get trough the cases isnt that enough reason for it to raise in price..

It's probably going up in price because the case it comes from is becomming rarer and rising in price itself. Hence it's becomming more expensive to get new skins out of crates and onto the market.

Edit: Also some Vulcan skins may have been dupped on a large scale in the past but now Valve won't duplicate skins, ending duping. Hence there may be fewer skins on the market for that reason too.
