CS:GO is unplayable on my AMD Radeon R7 M265

I can't play cs go on my laptop cause it freezes every 5 seconds, already config my pc to use the dedicated graphics card but still freezing, shuttering.
(already put all the configs to min)
(already reinstaled the game)
(already started as adm)
(changed the resolution)
(etc)
(already update all drivers)

I Have a DELL Inspiron 14 5000 series Special edition

8 GB Ram
Core i7 5500
AMD Radeon R7 M265

Windows 10 (all updated)

Mine has similar problem, but freezes/stutters like every 30 seconds.

AMD cards have been screwing up since the wildfire update. ATI sucks anyways.

NICE NEWS GUYS, AFTER A LOT OF SEARCH I DISCOVERED THAT ITS DRIVER ISSUE!(even the driver on DELL site doesn`t work properly stutters)

And I found the working driver(YES!!! :D) , Its the Crismon 16.1 hotfix driver, DOWLOAD here (X64 ): http://www2.ati.com/drivers/WHQL-Radeon-Software-Crimson-Edition-16.1-64Bit-Win10-Win8.1-Win7-Jan7.exe

The 15.7.1 Catalyst seens to work properly to(not test here).

just uninstall the actual drivers, reboot, and install the 16.1 hotfix and it's it!!!

I stayed 3 months with my new laptop having to play using onboard (intel 5000) gpu, becaus this problem!
