Heya. Yes, meanwhile I fixed the issue and it works so far. All I did was I just updated my GPU driver. Not sure if this one was part of the success, but I also removed the "-allow_third_party_software" out of the launch option and retyped it in.
The recorded blackscreen issue was only in CS2 for me while other games were recorded with no problems.
I'm not sure about other clipping softwares, I mainly use Shadowplay
You could try to update your GPU drivers to the current versions
I removed it out of the launch options and retyped it in back again. But am not sure if that was helpful, because I updated my GPU driver at the same time.
You don't need any -allow_third_party_software in launch settings, and -allow_third_party_software also turn off trust factor.

launch settings:
-novid -language english +exec autoexec.cfg
not sure that "-novid" actually working lol
"-language english" left from cs:go dunno how it works now, just to let CS works in english instead of OS language
autoexec contains cvars for viewmodel position (i hate default viewmodel weapons)
Driver 537.42 DHC
Experience 3.27.0.112
OS Win10 21H2 19044.1889 (w/o auto updates)
Experience works out of the box and in normal mode, replay is working too.
So my recommendation is to use DDU and install new drivers.
