I changed to English named account, then the problem solved.
Try this.
But remember that changing account needs time and many steps.
You'd better refer how to change the account online.
I'm AMD user
Nvidia control panel > Manage 3D settings > Global settings > Shader Cache Size Set it to 5gb or above and then you're good to go
You'll still need to load every map to save the shader cache but it will be the last time :)
it would help if you'd first learn what shaders are and how it works.
long story short, shader caching / compiling has nothing do with your drivers or game settings. it's the process of pre-compiling them to make the process faster for next time, this should only happen ONCE after each update that tampers with graphics or something that forces them to redo them.
it also happens after updating graphics drivers.
time it takes to pre-compile shaders, depends on your graphics card capabilities and storage device. if you have slow hdd or bad sectors on hdd/ssd, then this can significantly increase the time this process takes.
