Problem with long compilation shader time

Hello, since the release of cs2 I have had a problem with long map loading (compiling shaders). I have already updated GeForce drivers, reinstalled cs2 and changed game options, but nothing worked, if anyone knows how to fix it, please help

Delete / clear the shader cache, and or (on NVIDIA cards) set (increase) the cache size under Global Settings,, worth a go

Same here. Reinstalled Steam and CS2 but I couldn't manage to solve it.
Compiling shaders take so much time and my Ryzen 1600 hits up to 80% usage.
I always have to play as a CT at Italy map because of this problem.

At comments section of this video, there is a suggested solution.
He says:

"To resolve this problem, create a new user only with latin symbols. (like admin).
The first shader compilation will take a long time, but the next load will be much faster."

I had a problem that after turning on CS2, my computer started detecting only 2 of 8 cores, I but don't remember how I fixed it

updating my drivers fixed this for me

1) I just move my game to SSD drive, 2) then go to cs2 property cmear Steam overly data then restart system fixed issue
