Can be drivers problems or temperature. Have you check your temps?

Cs 2 is kinda heavy on your CPU and GPU. If you have a beefy processor and a beefy graphics card they might momentarily suck hundreds of watts from your PSU and if said PSU is not on par with this or faulty it causes instant crash/reboot. I've had this happen with low end PSUs.

I can't stress enough how important it is to use a proper high end PSU even on a lower end system. I've seen so many problems caused by bad PSUs.

Overheating usually just causes processor to throttle, not instantly rebooting. Same thing with GPUs. But just in case, you should watch your temperatures while playing. HWMonitor and Core Temp are good tools for this.

it's only happens when your power supply is dying! your PC force reboot so it doesn't overload and blow it up!

it says your psu has some software to control it.

"Put the AX860i under your control by connecting it directly to a USB header on your motherboard with the included cable, or to a Corsair Commander (available separately). Then, download the free CORSAIR iCUE Dashboard software for unrivaled power supply monitoring and control options"

check it out maybe you have some garbage settings set as default.

the fan will spin when it needs to spin! if your power supply isn't able to draw the full amount of power that your PC parts required in your PC will shut down it's a safety feature built into windows it's only happens when your PC is overloaded this means that your power supply is dying lower your settings and lower your resolution in game and see if i your pc reboots if it does not reboot this means that your power supply is dying!
