Report a translation problem
The fundamental problem in my opinion is that unfortunately the average cs player is pretty young, not very well educated and definitely not just. These "kids" are usually somewhat hotheaded which often lead to misuses of the report system and other kinds of shenanigans.
Human nature is what it is.
You're right. The ranking system is messed up. I feel like 5-9K is the hardest difficulty level and after 10K it gets substantially easier. At least in solo queue. The teams are so mixed up that it's amusing. Literal silvers playing alongside globals etc.
But this doesnt add to the discussion
Basically if you know how to play CS and you have the misfortune of getting stucked in the low elo, you get banned forever cuz the enemy team always report you for griefing thinking you are a cheater
Tbh i dont even have hope valve will change this, they always take ages to change simple things that are broken in the game. AWP had 10 bullets for years and that never ever made any sense
