This is my second week playing CS and don't agree with anything you just said.
Maps are easy as hell to learn. Each map has three lanes, left, mid, right.
Haven't looked up a single tutorial and have already learned most lineups to throw grenades just from playing and watching more experienced players during matches.
CS might have the easiest maps to learn in a game that I have ever played in my life. They're simple, but offer various different ways to approach them and strategize with teammates.
In all honesty, it just sounds like you suck *ss as CS2 and are looking for something to blame.
