RTX 4060 фпс скачет (250 фпс максимум)

Купил новый топ ПК: Ryzen 5500, RTX 4060, 32 GB ОЗУ 3600 ГЦ, SSD AM2 Samsung
Проблема в том что фпс максимум 250, смотрел ролики челов на ютуб у них 400+ фпс. бывают вообще просадки в моменте до 90, подскажите в чём проблема? видюху проц тестил, всё ок

CS2 settings?
Resolution?
Graphic settings?
You won't get 400 fps with 4k max settings.
FPS drops were happening and will happen.
If max is 250, I'll guess that average is 200 or less and so in more demanding places It might drop to 100~ that's normal.
That's low-end PC, not high-end or as you said top-PC.

I have 3090 = 4070 and I'm getting 350-450 FPS at 4:3 1920x1440 max settings.
I think you might need to have more FPS, but not 400 with that PC.
Many people lie in their videos about benchmarks.
