Trust Factor and Comp/Premier MatchMaking

Hi guys,

I've recently unlocked Premier in CS2 after playing enough Competitive and DM games but day 2 into playing Premier I've been told by other Party members that apparently I have a "Low Trust Factor". Does anyone know what that means? And how I can fix that?

Not sure if it's a coincidence but I've also been experiencing extremely long queue times for Comp and Prem matches lately (10 mins even) and I've given up each time so I've actually not been able to play those modes at all! Does this Low Trust Factor thing impact the queue times?

low trustfactor means the game does not trust your account. likely because it has 0 activity on steam and is new.
so you'll end up with other low trust players which is basically the worst of the playerbase from toxicity and smurfs to blatent cheaters.

Hi Renos, thank you for sharing this info! Do you have any tips on how I could improve that? Sounds like I need more Steam activity? Like playing other games?

Your account seems to be new so your trust factor will be low for a long time, u really cant do anything about it.
Try to play Matchmaking few times per week and focus on Faceit.

Trust Factor is basically how people see you in real life, but online. You increase it by playing games.

playing and buying other games on steam does help
can also continue to play cs2 if you go a while without constantly being reported or acting toxic you will eventually drift back towards normal trustfactor levels

Ah thanks for the info! I'm waiting like 30 minutes in queue but can't seem to even get a match! Any idea of Casual/DM could help w/ that?

Does Death Match and Casual count when it comes to playing games?

No, its same as playing compeitive.
You need to buy and play games on Steam.

Maybe invest in some skinns on steam for counterstrike also buy prime can help increase your trust factor to yellow. Increase playing time in cs, but that will require a lot of time.

Try to get commends from other people, just explain your situation and hope you meet some chill people.

And after a while you will end up in green. Also never go afk so that you end up getting kicked out of the match. That can be bad for your trust factor

Again it will take some time trust factor is not a perfect system, i also hated it in the beginning. But i actually starting to enjoy counterstrike now

Also stay active otherwise your trustfactor will decrease again. Its not like once you are green that you stay green

I have a vac ban on my account (dumb mistake, i used an fov changer on mw2 2009) is there any way trust factor can be raised or am i forever stuck in the pits of hell
