Performance fixes
For those with mid-high end rigs that are getting low fps (under 200) despite having powerful GPU's , like RTX 30 or 40 series , your CPU is most likely bottlenecking the GPU (it's too weak for the graphics card) , but I found a solution for drops and stutters + some extra fps (30 to 50+ on average) . Enable core parking from power options or download a software like quick cpu and make sure core parking option from the bottom of the main screen is set to 0% . This way you take some pressure from the CPU while playing, hence increasing performance.

doesnt' work if you have cpu bottleneck - what works is taking the load off the cpu by enabling core parking , disabling unnecessary services and remove windows bloatware, but still fps increase would be just slightly better and no more stutters , I would suggest upgrading CPU for 300+ frames in cs2

I would prefer you make a video to proof your point.

No idea why I disabled contrast boost in csgo 2 settings (rtx 3080) and got like 40 fps in 1% fps in competitive.. I think something is wrong with this setting right now.
As for core parking it's disabled by most pre built software , open resource management if it says parked in cpu then its on , you might want to disable if it says nothing then you good.

In power plan you can change min cpu speed and it Disables core parking by itself no need for 3 software.

But if you on laptop disabling it might lead to issuess due to higher power consumption on battery etc.

As for fps diffrence it's very low because csgo 2 uses its own power management.

I already tested it , and I do have a cpu bottleneck as well , I got an i7-10700 2.9Ghz with turbo boost to 4.7 paired with a RTX 3070 and my fps in-game with all the performance optimisations (disabling core parking, ultimate performance power plan, cs2 on high priority and so on...) is between 120-180fps when playing on a casual server with 10+ ppl , also having stutters randomly. If I enable core parking ,my fps jumps to over 200+ with 16-20 ppl on the server... it's not stable ,it's going down to 130 lowest and back to 200+ , but my stutters are gone and game feels way smoother.

yeah , but my point is that if you have CPU bottleneck , it's best you enable core parking , it gives you slightly more fps and reduces the load off the CPU.. works for those systems that have a CPU bottleneck
