6-13% in pocket loss, sometimes even 16%, i have stable 1gbps fast internet i never had problems with any of csgo server or other games servers. the experience in cs2 is awfull, because of bad servers many hits don't even register. terrible game.

wonder if youre having copper wire connection like coaxial, because high bandwidth doesnt avoid packet of loss, it could be your ISP or as you said, valve servers with your ISP

if youre playing wifi is time to use ethernet cable
if its fiber then yes is valve servers

i use ethernet cable, always been one thing what fixed my pocket loss everytime i have it i binded on one button switch max fps 32 to 0 back and forth and it fixed it

it's your ISP's fault.
whatever set of connection nodes steam choose to use for you
your ISP has a terrible connection to,
You would likely have to do some digging on your own to figure out where it actually is a tell your ISP to go fix it.
