Can't update CS2

The latest update doesn't download for me. It says "no internet connection" or "manifest unavailable" problem, or just says nothing, but does not download a single byte. I cannot start the game, because it wants to be updated, but I cannot udpate it.. My internet connection is working, I can download/update any other games.
I am also in csgo legacy beta due to map converting things and everything worked fine with the recent updates until today, but the latest doesnt work.. also if I remove the csgo legacy participation, the issue is the same..

Any ideas?

Hello people. It has been a while since you guys had that issue, and I'd like to know if any of you guys fixed it. And if so, how? I ask because now I have the same issue, with a small patch no less.
