Report a translation problem
Ofc its cheating and selling accounts is against the rules. Rules that obviously aren't enforced enough. Fact is that you can find prime-ready accounts with 2k hours for a few bucks everywhere. That is a huge part of this cheating problem. The fact that CS2 is now for free didn't make it any better.
It wouldn't matter if you close the whole account since these accounts are not their "real" ones. Its just a cheater account with "a lot" (depending on who you ask ^^) of hours on CS2 and a bunch of free games. All you need to do is to buy the account and spend a few bucks on any game and you got green trusted prime. Its a very flawed mechanism, which should be changed imo. It should take way more than to buy a single game or so to get trusted imho.
