Hammer cs2. How fix black shadows?

I do believe that Hammer for Source2 requires a GPU with raytracing support for baking lighting, not sure about rendering shadows in the editor.

I compiled a showy map from Valve, everything was ok with the shadows, but when I started creating new blocks on the same map, after compiling, the blocks I created had terrible black shadows, while on other native objects Valve maps with shadows are fine. For me, someone who switched from Sources 1 to Sources 2, this is a shocking experience, and I don't even know what to do with it, and I don't know where to turn for help.

as said now hammer requires 2080ti gpu for shadows to work correctly. (2060 minimum not recommend.)
