why does it say only 8 percent of players have this achievement?

there's a huge amount of players having this game; and since it's quite old, most of these players are actually playing something else

Since it's just CSGO renamed, a lot of the stats the game has recorded carried on from since the game's start. A ton of people used to play CSGO before but then obviously more games got released over time and such. So, honestly, there probably only is around like 15% of the playerbase that first downloaded and played the game still playing. Which is still a ton of people. And more will probably also rejoin as CS2 settles in and people upgrade pcs, etc.

I'm probably super off with the numbers, but you get the basic idea.
