iam so sick of teams that cannot even talk english becouse they think they are so extra that they dont need to learn the INTERNATIONAL language

The problem is that many want to solo queue and also be able to talk to their teammates. Russians very rarely speak english, they always use their own language and they talk constantly to each other, probably not about the game. I can play with russians but it is pretty lame that you can not talk with them other than one-way callouts, it is just like as if I would play on Chineese servers, I would not be able to understand anybody.

This is your problem then, What you're going solo. I have my own party and we don't have problem with this. Sometimes we can invite from another country someone , this is rare+saying only info to him.

valorant did that right.... extra moskow server and on all other servers they are auto muted

Not everyone have people that play cs2 and are into other games or hobbys , or there friends are not gamers making these players solo players and have yet to meet nice friendly not toxic people to play with , also if they did add more servers i think they should reduce the max ping to 50-60 as im getting players with 110 ping plus in my games .

I don't have problem with this. I talked with enemy team and someone even accepted me.
Don't forget what you can find someone even in main menu.
This is how my 1 teammate found people:He invited his classmates,invited enemy or his own team to his lobby. Hard? 50/50
