how is valve bad when your packets cannot reach servers? Check your firewall or smth

Same for me. Sometimes I have 30-50% packet loss the whole game. Aiming feels normal, but movement is super clunky. like 50% of movement and weapon switches are not recognized at all. Have no problems in any other games.
