CS 2 feels exactly like a big update for CS : GO not a standalone game.
What we get?

Barely nothing new omg the lightning and water graphics have changed. But even the guns, sounds, the flow and pace of the game feels extremely similar like CS GO.
In fact I dont see the difference, and for me it is not a standalone game. That's why Valve decided to delete CS:Go and replace it with CS;2 - to hide any potential criticsms and direct comparisons. The only one cool thing they made is like smoke behaves but even then it feel like CS:GO. In first trailers we were teased and got hyped that an actual in game smoke will change its shape and float around causing its movement. That feature would be new as for a standalone new game befits.

It is JUST AN BIG UPDATE for the game. The maps just have different colours and thats it. This it too low for a new game to shine and feel like a new game. lol Thats true.

They could shuffle the maps more too feel and obviously cause the totally new adapt for the players. Each of the new map is the same. Skins are the same. Guns are the same and behaves the same. Animations of reloadings are the same. Operators are the same. It's just the same CS GO with colours and water change. Nothning change my mind. And CS;3 will be acutally like CS;2 remake of itself. Not a new game. BAD AF

in my opinion (even though i cant run the game above 10 fps) it feels good. the smokes and shi. its so cool and im hyped to actually play it when i get my pc

But why they delete the CS:GO and replaced that is sus and that is confirmation that it is JUST AND UPDATE OF CS GO not a new game. EVEN REMAKES can be much different.

Yeah the smokes are nice but they teased a way before of first beta they will behave more realistic like they will move and actually look like smoke screens in real.

Yeah thats it to call it CS2? Not for me. Its just a big update nothing new. CS3 will be the same. They will add rain effect and weather on overpass and call it a CS3. With the same guns maps adn etc.

It's not sus, it's probably so the player base isn't split between 2 games. I don't see your problem with 2, you didn't really lose anything when GO merged with 2, even if it just more of the same.

i mean isnt that a good thing? keep the same game feel but update graphics and modernize things so they can further update in the future? Its a live service model so....
