[SOLVED] CS2 - Matchmaking Failed - Official Servers Unreachable

Not sure since when I have this issue but.
Whenever I try to connect to official matchmaking server it just can't do it, and can't connect to any community servers as well.

Here are things I tried:
- Reinstall Windows 11 to 10 and back to 11.
- Update all drivers, GPU, MOBO.
- Update Steam.
- Reset my networks, flushDNS, etc.
- Firewall & Win Defender on and off.
- Use Cable and Wifi. Used even USB tethering with my phone.
- Portfowarding.
- Resetting my Modem and Access Points.

The only thing made me able to play is to use my MOBILE DATA with USB Tethering from my phone (Vodafone IRELAND).

Not sure what option or what I should change to be able to actually play this game.
No problems with any other game AT ALL.

Is there something I should change in router settings (Virgin Media HUB) or in windows settings?

UPDATE:
Weirdly factory reset and keeping MTU Size 1500 (or to 1482) on Router settings solved issue.
Also turning off and on WiFi from router doesn't make difference.
So yeah, that' that.

I have been playing fine until this mornings update and now I have the same issue as yourself!

UPDATE:

i change MTU size 1280 to 1482
Game Start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found it seems to be a server side issue, the servers were fixed while you were completely resetting your pc. Why, me, I made myself a sandwich and booted up another round of premier.
