How do i get rid of the xray case scanner ?

The scanner FORCES me buy a worthless ♥♥♥♥ skin for a key before i can use ANY other crate. This makes skins TOTALLY unusable and just a useless moneydump without ANY return at all. How is this supposed to combat """""""""""""gambling addiction"""""""""""" ??
How do i bypass this ♥♥♥♥ system ??

Put your country to sonewhere else in steam, and i think you might need to also use a vpn if im not mistaken

You need a VPN. Region in Steam doesnt matter at all.
And with the normal system you need to pay the money before you open the case. Its basically the same, just a way to bypass the anti gambling laws, in France i think.
