Launcher Error

FATAL ERROR: Failed to initialize the Steamworks SDK.

Failed to load module 'C:\Program Files\Steam\steamclient64.dll'

When I start CS2 after the VALVE loading screen this message pops out, I tried to verify integrity of game files and there was no problem, tried to update Windows but nothing works. I can't find a solutions for this specific problem, everything is similar but not this specific one. Please help!

I re-installed the game soo I fixed it, but tnx for trying.
BTW it is installed in the same directory.
I just think it wasn't anything about ''Steam'' rather then whit ''Windows''. So yea it's fixed

Log out steam or exit steam
