Stuck on relegation matches regardless if I win

[SxSxSxSxSxSx]

As the title says I'm stuck with each match being a relegation match even if I win. Won 3 straight and was still next match was a relegation match and naturally lost and back to 4,000 I go (lost ~320 points). What's up with this and anybody else experiencing this?

it's the point system, idk it either but in the limited test it was the same
got to like 4451 and lost one match and back to 4000
tho apparently there's a magic point where you no longer lose everything

friend of mine had that point at like somwhere above 4550 and then she never lost more than 200 points again
