It didn't reset for me, I claimed it the day CS2 was released and it's still not reset

the gui might all be bugged. The store was showing that I had already claimed this week and to come back next week, but I levelled up and it then worked and just got my two new drops.

Depends where you live i think Europe and America has different reset days. I live in Europe and for me it reset on Wednesday.

you have to rank up for the drop (personal rank, not competitive)
