Here's what to officially do if you have feedback or requests for CS2

A lot of you complain, threaten to sue Valve, say CS2 is broken, unplayable, has thousands of bugs, etc. and instead of wasting time posting yet another thread about it in this Steam Discussion Forum, here's what Valve needs to actually make changes, fix bugs, and add in requests...

I have feedback or requests regarding Counter-Strike 2. Where should I send these?

If you have feedback of any kind regarding Counter-Strike 2, whether it's an idea, a feature request, or something that was in CS:GO that is not in CS2, please send an email to the Counter-Strike team using the email address: cs2team at valvesoftware dot com.

I've been doing that since CS2's launch and doing my part of the Counter-Strike community to get this game to an even better place. An email with your feedback or CS2 requests takes all but a few minutes and would significantly be more productive than complaining on here that literally does nothing to benefit this game. For context, I emailed Valve the following already...

- I found a bug when right-clicking on your mouse when using a knife. In CS:GO, it would make a hole in walls, boxes, etc. but in CS2 it does a regular slash as if you left-clicked. Could that please go back to how it was in CS:GO?

- I'm so glad you added shuffling to music kits/agents but I'd love to see it with pins too. I have a ton of pins and being able to select my favorites to then shuffle them as I can with the others would be awesome.

- While playing, in CS:GO on the lower right-hand side next to the weapons/knives you're using, if you had StatTrak, it would actually show the number of kills each had. I would LOVE to see that back so I know how many kills each weapon has.

Stop complaining and start being a part of an actual gaming community since at some point, Counter-Strike gave you some kind of joy. If you hate CS2 that's fine but if you still care and want to help it get better, this is what you need to do in order to make an actual difference.

Hello, i was just kicked from my premier game for doing to much dmg to teammates befrore the game had ended warmup, wasnt attacking teammates at all just killing enemy in warmup and got kicked with a 2hr cooldown as the match started. Never happened before doesnt make any sense and unfair to get kicked/loss off elo. Was playing with a mate as well and its unfair on the team to have to try 4v5 for 0 understandable reason. please get back to me..?

There is nothing that can be done here. Nobody will get back to you. Don't do damage to your teammates and you'll have nothing to worry about :-)

3 minutes to join the server on faceit, yet anytime i load this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game with a brand new pc the game freezes and i have to restart my pc and get a leaver ban. fix your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass game. csgo NEVER did this. pathetic, cs2 is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trash
