Well i see you are from Turkey, you should know neither your own people speak english so much or more or less, but i'm not here to judge, on my honest opinion, the Russians dont speak english because they dont like and dont want to learn, may be also Russia's system education that is pretty bad and vice-versa, they are kinda closed since they like speak more their language and thinks that everyone should learn russian but its not like that...

By other side you know i have friends of all world have friends from Turkey, Russia and vice-versa, i have seen that russians and turks isn't fan of english language be because they cannot learn or because dont want to learn and vice-versa so you have to understand that, but of course those are russians who speak english well at which i know, of same way those are turks who speak english well as you and others that i know.

i am from Brazil for exemple and you know my people too dont speak english so much but i think depends, sometimes in some profiles and if you saw that guy is from Brazil but have bio or something in english i think means he know english well then.

We just need country priority with a ping priority. Not only ping. Thats all. If countries like Russia have exclavs, its pain in the ass.

Then the game should have been made for lobbys only or in yr hypocrisy logic every country should be locked, i mean did you ever hear yr self?
If the game is opened to all countries and yuo queue solo that means one language has to be spoken!
