Impossible to launch CS2 from steam: error 126

Hi all, after the update for CS2, I tried to launch from steam and got the following error:
1) A game file appears to be missing or corrupted (...) verify integrity of game files...
2) CAppSystemDict::LoadSystemAndDependencies():
CAppSystemDict: Unable to load module tier0 (Dependency of VApplication001), error 126


I already tried to 'verify integrity of game files', to reinstall, to delete all my Microsoft Visual C++ and install only x86 and x64 versions, update my Windows (version 22h2 currently), update my GPU driver (nvidia GTX970), change compatibility mode in CS2.exe, run as admin.

CS2.exe is working, launching from steam is not. The latter makes impossible the Premier and Competitive modes... So I can play in casual, but impossible to play from steam.

Any idea ?

This is what worked for me. I went to Microsoft and Repaired my "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x64 or x86" . You should either download the lastest one or repair your current one.

There are also some steps you can do before but their are more time consuming.

1. Reinstall you GPU Driver and launch your Game as an Administrator
