I've got 10k in premier and silver elite in Dust 2, is it fine?
still don't know what elo is similar to what rank in cs go

both is bad if u were global before.
but thats not ur fault its the ranking system putting everybody in low ranks atm.
as u can see 15k is also top1k in world.
thats gonna change in a few weeks, making it able to uprank.
elo systems always need some time to generate more matches and more overall elo.

Is fine cause the best rank I saw ATM was GN3 for players that were lem/supreme and that played really good they cs2 matches.

I just simply don't know because you can't see ranks in mm anymore and google it don't do nothing

and 10k in elo was 14% of world ranks yesterday, seems fine, but pretty hard to play, I must be lower I think
