how to change loadout?

how the hell do you change loadout? i cant for the life of me work it out, i click on a weapon and the only options that i have is 'Inspect' and 'Add to favourites', theres no 'replace' option or something like that.
Whats strange is that theres only a 'replace' option which appears when i select a weapon which is already selected, so basically i can only change skins, i cant change the actual weapon.
I googled 'CS2 how to change loadout' but oddly nothing came up.
Am i being dumb or something? why the hell is something so simple so difficulty? It makes no sense that i can only change skins and cant change weapons

Click and drag the skin you want to use, then move it to the loadout

They wanted to transition from the old 2012 CSGO wheel that was originally made for consoles to something newer.

omg thank you so much! i had no idea the weapon could be dragged, wow they really didnt make this obvious at all...

btw to shuffle skins, add them to the favorites first for either/both sides, then at the loadout menu (middle top, not middle bottom that shows all your skins for a gun), click the gun, then select shuffle favorites (be sure to add those skins that you want to include in the shuffle to your favorites first)

btw this could be a bug, as I checked it again on one gun and the option disappeared, so just drag n drop to be safe
