Steam Cloud won't sync

Since I updated to CSGO 2.
It doesn't seem to sync with the steam cloud.

I uninstalled the game once and tried again. The game launch fine but I cannot join the matchmaking.

I am not sure how to fix this kind of problem.

What do I have to update or change to make it playable ?
