Why did they make it so you have to win 10 games to get rank in all of the maps is pretty ridiculous

The idea is great, the execution is meh. Should be something closer to 10 for first map and ~3 for any additional one.

Bruh it doesn't even make sense for the game. Who ever made this decision is downright a psycho

they should have added ratings for maps, and one rank overall just like before

The idea behind that was to make sure if someone got global on Vertigo, for example, he won't ruin the mental health of his teammates once he decides to try mirage or inferno.

Many people were spamming 1 map, dust 2/mirage/vertigo.

So many people were global by playing the obscure maps only. Office, Vertigo and Tuscan were some of the easier maps to do it on, due to there always being a real mix of ranks in the match.

Having a rank per map is great, it will be interesting to see what my ranks turn out to be on each map.
