Why are there so many new accounts in CS2

I feel the frequency I seeing new accounts have been hitting all time high. Every 10 player game I play there are about 6 or 7 new accounts.

they are all legit cheating, so they'll play like s1mple and hit headshots through walls, but not blatant and they'll only have like 6 hours in CS, Aimware was fixed Oct 5th, after the Banwave.

i have never seen as many brand new steam accounts in counterstrike until ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cs2, and they are all 3-500 hrs instaheadshotting from super weird angles with game knowledge they shouldnt have, kinda disgusting. Over 3k hrs over 3 accounts, mg2 peak without ever trying seriously.
