you grab one lvlup per week for the drop and 40 per year at least for the badge.

3 levels / 1 week is very simple if you are playing every day

10 / 3 = 3 weeks

Yea I agree, I want to level up 20 as soon as possible to unlock the laser sight and Acog Scope for my AK, and then at level 30, I can use my ultimate ability in competitive to finally have an edge over my enemies. I even hear at level 40 you unlock the EMP grenade and Juggernaut killstreak.

Just say that you don't understand why he is upset, rather than assuming you do, and end up looking like an idiot.

lol, it should take longer. You either want to cheat or smurf, this measure exists to slow you down so you don't ruin the game for others.
