How to reach "Premium"-Matchmaking after buying "Prime"?

Just click the premier gamemode, I guess thats what you are talking about

There is only a progress bar with a percentage that only goes up very slowly, in the 1% range, after several competitive games. Then it says that you have to complete games in “other game modes”. The skill group rank also seems bugged since I won several competitive games, but it still says you have to have completed 10 games. The same with a mate of mine.

You need to be lvl 10 to play premier and every week you can get like 11k xp pretty fast, a lvl is 5k xp
After those 11k xp you got your xp reduced by 0.175, it reset every thuesday.
So for now just play wingman and competitive( I think when you say 10 wins its because its for a different map, you need 10 wins on every map since you have a rank per map).
