nVidia RTX4xxx - game stuttering
Hi guys, I am experiencing annoying issues with stuttering CS2 on RTX 4070Ti / i5 13600k - especially during fast movements it can be really laggy and tearing.

I already tried playing with video card settings - lowering, changing settings, on/off Reflex but no improvements at all.

Also tried to cap fps_max to 360 (my screen refresh rate) but it doesn't improve situation either.

Currently I am on the latest nvidia drivers 537.42

Have read that some AMD users are experiencing the same, what about nVidia....? :/

Sound like an issue with your ram. Do you run dual and have enabled xmp1 in bios?

It's a game issue not PC issue, if you take a small glance on the csgo community forums you'll see every other post is about stuttering issues on high-end hardware.
All we can do is wait for a patch sadly..

This is such an unoptimized game, for me it's like an alpha version... be careful, because another bug can fry your GPU...

Analyse your frametimes. And find the 1% lows etc. Keep reflex on, try fps max 0 and disable hyperthreading and e cores. Disable c states all power saving and set max power in windows and nvidia settings.

Its pc issues aswell. If it was only game, why is the majority running this game smooth as csgo with no stuttering? Its not like game optimization fixes you bad pc optimization. There is a known issues with amd wich op does not have.

I found the FIX -- at the audio settings you need to enable " Streamline Push to Talk " to yes. Its by default on " NO " so that was the cause of the microstutters, hope this thread will help others. It drove me insane and the game was unplayable. I got the same GPU with i7-10700K

^ This... I'm running perfectly fine, no stuttering at all. So are most others, the majority of the people in the forums are the ones with issues. People not having issues tend to be playing the game more than reading the forums.

Other games , much more demanding run smooth.... so I pretty doubt it is hardware issue.

I have XMP enabled, ram is tested and stable under load. Same for CPU and the rest.

Maybe I will try fresh installation of Windows and then reinstall the steam and the game to check if anything changes.

I also have ready many comments on Reedit with people having same issues - maybe most of them are AMD but also few votes that it runs ♥♥♥♥ with Intel/nVidia.

Hello. Try these two fixes, one of them (do not know which one cause I utilized both of them at once) fixed my problems with stuttering despite high fps.

I have this issue as well. Any luck?

I've tried pretty much all things suggested online to no avail, I guess only have to hope and wait

There a Bug in both AMD and Nvidia GPU Drivers if you had a AMD graphics card I can give you my guide to fix the problem! I don't have a NVIDIA graphics card so the best thing I can help you with is to tell you what to search for and see if there's someone out there that has found a fix for the Nvidia version! Google are Youtube "NVIDIA GPU Shader Cache Fix" and see what you can find! If you cannot find anything you're going to have to deal with it until they fix their drivers! Good Luck!
