Playing CS2 on second monitor?
I'm trying to use CS2 on my second monitor but game doesn't want to cooperate.

My main monitor is 3:4 (portrait mode) but I want to play on secondary monitor in 16:9 (landscape mode). CS2 defaults to resolutions based on my primary monitor's portrait mode and using [win]+[shift]+[arrow key] moves the display but any change in resolution is locked to 3:4 and results in squished aspect and incorrect mouse position.

I can get it to start in landscape mode by launching from command-line using width & height settings but it then locks to incorrect 4:3 aspect resolutions (despite me typing a 16:9 resolution), and attempting to change aspect ratio to 16:9 results in game instantly crashing.

Best way I could get it to start:
Launch in command line with manual settings to display in center of second display...

cs2 -windowed -noborder -width 1024 -height 768 -x 1192 -y 0

This results in the game being displayed in the center of my secondary monitor (1360x768 native) but I still can't get it into 16:9 mode as it will crash when changing aspect ratio in settings menu. The "x" offset is to account for my primary display (1024x1280 native) plus half the unused space from secondary monitor. It plays ok in 4:3 but the unused areas of the display are less than ideal.

The 1360x768 resolution has never been supported in CSGO either.
Have you found a fix?
