You want a game made in 2023 to run at 100fps on 2012 hardware
Please reveal more of your infinite wisdom
I can play RDR2 with an R7 360 with low graphics at decent fps, a game can run good on older hardware, also games don't have to be made for the latests gpu's, if Titanfall 2 can look that good and still run like butter then every game can, the only thing I see is the same game running worst for no benefit.
There are many ways cs2 could improve performance, by allowing us to tweak some commands to our hearts content, like the water physics, many effects are really high quality, like fire, smoke and ambient effects, but we still have the same options from a 2013 game except fsr, minus the ability to disable texture streaming
err different type of game with a different engine no use comparing those with each other.
Then what is it comparable to then? dota 2 runs better and has more stuff on the level, cs2 runs worst on a 2013 map (Mirage)
Yeah, used valorant for comparing purposes, I don't like the endless fights for who likes one or the other game, I like and don't the way cs2 looks, I like it because it looks really good, I don't like it because 1280x720 at performance fsr looks like pixelated mess, and fsr is the main reason why games don't get optimized on release, because is an easy and cheap way of "adding" performance, there are many ways the game could be optimized (I think) but sadly we can't, like the extremly good looking water phyisics, damn those things really murder my pc
Indie devs can do it, I'm sure the giant team at Valve can figure out how to do it.
wages here are around 160k pesos for 8 hours of work, more or less, only a DECENT GPU costs around 250k pesos, a gt 1030 costs 100k pesos and that's 3/4 of a salary for a really old GPU, and every other thing is also really expensive, I hate poverty created by the same people who are in charge of the country
