Why isen't there any English community servers

If i go search for Community servers
I do find a lot of servers, only problem is, its 100% Russian servers I get, and it give me the error "Unable to establish a connection with the game server" on every single one

I did a speed test BTW to check it isn't my internet that's the problem, and i get 314 MBPS in download, so not the issue here

I mean, there got to be some English server, Hell even German, Italian or French server, why on earth do I only get Russian servers

I'm Located in Denmark, so its not even my closest region by any means, there got to be a Network setting somewhere that's just wrong, but no

the fact that I got to do matchmaking only (because community servers don't work), in order to unlock the Premier version, just takes to long, i did 1 casual and 1 competitive game, and only made 1% progress, I'm literally locked out of paid content for something like 30 hours, if that's the rate it increases

The point is, community server browser was released in that state. It doesn't work. And yes, Valve knew that, before releasing CS2.
