I need help

Whenever i load cs2 the game takes too much time to load it gets stuck in valve loading screen for like 1 min then in counter strike 2 for another 1 min maybe more sometimes
Then in the lobby the back ground and character takes too much time to show it just shows the play and the redt of the buttons then after 2-3 min the bg with character shows up
When i hit inventory it freez for 10 sec then works again
All these are side issues but the main issue is
When i load into a map the game takes years in the loading screen if i dont stop the game and launch it back again many times sometimes the pistol round passes by and the game is still in loading map please i need a fix I haven’t found a video on YT till now so i think it’s a rare issue or its my pc i need someone to tell me whats causing this issue thanks <3

What pc? Gpu ram , cpu , sdd fps resolution, input lag? What are the values for those?

What download speed on steam you get in mbs?

Any Console error information? Event viewer info?

2080 ti
16Gb rams
I5 -9600k
My game runs at 190-200 fps +
Ssd 500GB but i moved the folders to my hdd 1TB i dont think the issue is cz of this movemeNt
I run AAA games on it and it gives me very good fps but cs2 since the beta it does the same thing to me i need help asap

i fixed my issue and i think i can help u do a clean installation of the game delete the game and delete every file u can find related to cs 2 then install the game under C: not ur D: this is what fixed my game its running better then before now
but i still have an issue that is i don t have enough space so on new updates my pc gonna be running slower so i have to get an ssd upgrade
