Can't download replay
It keeps giving me back an error "Expired" but I played that match not even 2 days ago and I want to download the replay.
Is there a way I can download my replay?

You can record your own demos in the future though:

I did an ace+clutch and I wanted to save the replay (and savor it)
I was able to save replay the first day of release of CS2, now It can't be done. Yep, let's see if they can fix it, for now I can't do more matches otherwise I will lose the replay download option :/

I'm very sorry to say this but the demo is already forever gone :'(
They no longer record CSTV (GOTV in the past) demos to allow more server capacity: https://counter-strike.net/news/updates and scroll down a little bit
You can record your own demos in the future though:
record demo1
playdemo demo1
It's much less resource demanding than screen recording

It is not gone forever, what are you talking about ?
it says "Disabled CSTV and demo recording temporarily to increase server availability so more people can play"

Sorry, misunderstanding. Indeed, the past game won't recover any demo.
