disable voice chat

In settings, I have already activated it to mutate all friends and enemies at the beginning of the game. But even so, I still hear them talking, I click on their name and I can't change the mute. which console command to disable voice chat? sv_voiceenable 0 does not work, it defaults to "true" (1).

Just change your mic voice input to not working monitor voice input.
