Head over to steam library
Cs2 proprieties
Beta section
Select demo viewer
Download
Start demo module
Enjoy

Competitive gaming not possible however u can still play workshop maps and some online.
Community browser is not enabled In the game but developer console works so if u got the IP address or u know the irl of the server u cann still connect to community server simply by typing in
Connect followed by the name or IP of the community server if the servers are still online and populated.

Nice, know of any good servers? I'm looking on Gametracker, but I only see a couple servers with either 12 or less players
