Screen freezes with zoom

As title say, as in beta, the screen still freezes for like 1 second everytime i zoom with any weapon. This bug was present in beta AND its still here.

AMD Radeon, my pc is good enough to play another games in even higher settings, didnt had this issue in cs go..

EDIT: Tryed uninstalling, moving from C to D and back, updating drives, still the same

BUT wheen ZOOM freeze ALMOST EVERY 0.250ms [from 10 -> 8 zooms with freezing]
