Looking for a server to practice on

Hi i used to play a little CS source back in the day and i practised on a community server where it was essentially a never ending warmup. 5v5 where you respawned back in your base and it was a nice little way for me to learn the guns in a non chaotic environment like deathmatch. i cant find anywhere to practice since if i go in competitive i get screamed at and if i into casual theres like 20 people in a game which doesnt reflect real matches, not to mention you have friends helping each other cheat through the spectating cam telling them where you are through walls etc.

so yeah i dont know if what im looking for exists (yet) but if it does could anyone point me in the direction. im currently looking through the community servers but i dont know the name of what im looking for but if it is out there i definitely would appreciate someone letting me know.

u can create ur own bot game deathmatch.
thats deathmatch and u can test every gun and sprays but people dont 1tap you constantly.
if u tested that u can only join real deathmatch. yet.
community servers will offer everything u want in the future.
workshop maps will also appear in the future. specificly for training.
cant wait for those to finally display my bullet markers again.
