The game right now is GPU Intensive, if you use laptop to play. It's not going to make your game feel smooth regardless of how many settings you've set to low.
I've also tried uncapped.
I have a 3080ti so my GPU shouldn't be struggling.
To solve it set resolution of game same like in your desktop resolution.
The issue after this -> mouse will change sensitivity cause Valve dropped raw input =(
I have Nvidia
And I can do 240 fps zero diffrence except that my temperature is a bit high so I don't. (I get 80C on gpu)
I tried all situations like diffrent maps , competitive , casual , spamming fire , spamming bullets etc and still same.
I also did max dpi on mouse I have and did the fastest mouse setting possible in windows and spamed 360 jumps and still no stuttering or lag everything super smooth
I can do like 350 + fps on 1080 resolution.
I am not saying issue does not exist for stuttering, I saw pro people record it on video but I am just confused why I Don't have it.
i only get this weird jittery/lag/frame drops when using the deathadder. i have 2 mice plugged in, deathadder laggy, roccat kone no lag. it's the mouse.
what helped is plugging the mouse straight into the computer. use 1000hz poling
if you're wireless i heard you should not plug straight into the computer. use usb 2.0 port. use the dongle cord to get the receiver away from the computer. make sure it's not near the wifi router. good luck.

Using a console command to change sensitivity helps with the jitter?
