When CS2 launches the LED lights on Logitech G512 turn off. They resume after quitting.

Do you have some sort of game-sync in your keyboard software? Might wanna turn that off

Its gotta be a software, we have the same keyboard. Try changing persistent profile.
For example try using only profile for cs go and then switch back to desktop, should work

Open logitech software press the 3 lines in the top left screen and click on settings in the lighting options you can disable it being influenced by games or applications and to the right of that you will see the permanent profile option I forced my desktop profile as standard so even the game won't automatically change the profiles cause it detects logitech hardware(battlefield does this)

Thanks again, your right. I think the updated software had changed my settings and was indeed set to allow games to control illuminations. Cheers all.
