But what I compiled with some custom settings to avoid RT stuff didnt turned black or smthing, just very bad lightning and foggy vision idk why, still very bad result for me but smthing.
Play with tick options in custom compile maybe it'll make any difference. Or following new valve policy - go and get RTX or another RT card.
Also Ive found this solution on internet, didnt try yet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1OCsTeHGoI
In compiling window in hammer, you'll have a tab custom settings that has a long command line for compiling the map
copy that, add -lightmapcpu there and run it in command line window (cmd.exe)
U have to click on final compile before clicking custom to transfer settings.
-outroot command stands for output folder I guess, cant check cuz compiling seems to last forever.
Anyway find Source2ZE discord and ask them or find smthing I hope ull get it work.
this technique no longer works it causes crash hammer.
I heard that you can compile a map by command prompt with normal light and without vrad, how to do it please??
